Anderson was now sitting in a boat. The water stretched in every direction and was completely calm. To his right, Anderson could see Liam in a similar looking boat. It was a competition row boat. He didn't know anything about the sport so to him it just looked like a canoe of some sort. Liam stared Anderson down, trying to intimidate him but he looked ridiculous with his small frame and long beard.
"Whoever rows to the finish line first wins."
White oars appeared in Anderson's hands which were attached to the boat. Anderson looked over his shoulder and saw a buoy in the distance.
"Begin."
Frantically, he started rowing the boat. The frenzied splashing echoed across the water. Anderson looked over at Liam who was also beginning to row. Anderson pumped the oars faster and faster, he got into a rhythm quickly. With each stroke he pulled further and further away from Liam. Liam was trying his best but it was obvious his strength was outclassed rather severely. About five minutes later, Anderson crossed the finish line and caught his breath. Finally, he had won a challenge! Liam made his way over the finish line almost a full minute after Anderson. He was sweating profusely and breathing heavily.
"Great job, Mr. Johannson. I guess Liam will have to wait to acquire your powerful muscles."
"He's right," Liam sputtered in his high pitched, female voice, "You're only through three rounds out of one hundred. Just accept that everything you have will be mine."
"We'll see about that Liam."
Liam faded out shortly before the rest of the scene; until Anderson was in momentary darkness.
