Annabelle appeared in a hotel room. It was a comfortable looking place, not expensive but not cheap either. The unkempt queen size bed sat in the middle of the room in front of an LED television. A large window filtered light from the wall furthest from the entrance door. The walls were beige and were adorned with a generic selection of paintings.

Oh shit! Not this again. Ten seconds already gone. Annabelle threw her cigarette to the ground and shuffled over to the bed. She started by pulling the blankets and sheets off. There was a small pile of fresh linens near the corner of the room. She picked up the new sheet and threw it on the bed. She stared at it for a second. She had no drive whatsoever to complete the challenge. She half hardheartedly pulled at the creme colored linen. She dropped what she was doing and pulled out a smoke, resigning herself to a quick smoke break.

It didn't take long for Helena to complete the challenge. Annabelle let out a smoky sigh as she sat on the bed.

"Well Ms. Mode, good job on that housekeeping! I think Mrs. Johnson could learn a thing or two from you!" Doctor Grungot's nasily voice came out of the TV. "What would you like to trade?"
